Day 0: Delhi To Manali by Volvo.

  • An overnight bus from Delhi to Manali.

Day 1: Arrival in Soyal. Check in at the property.

  • Afternoon: Lunch at the property.
  • Hike to Sajla Waterfall, and spend time exploring and enjoying the scenery.
  • Return to the property. Relax and freshen up.
  • Enjoy a peaceful night under the stars with a moon-gazing session at the property.
  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 2: Naggar, Rumsu & Pulag

  • Start the day with a healthy breakfast & freshen up.
  • Start on a journey to Naggar, explore Naggar Castle, and have lunch at one of the cafes in Naggar.
  • Post lunch, leave for Rumsu and Pulag. Explore the hidden villages, local culture, heritage, and scenic beauty.
  • Evening: Enjoy the sunset from Rumsu & return to the property. Relax and unwind after the day’s adventures.

Day 3: Sissu

  • Morning: Start early for a day trip to Sissu. breakfast in a dhaba at Solang (on the way).
  • Afternoon: Spend the day exploring Sissu, known for its stunning landscapes, Sissu waterfall, and majestic Sissu Lake. Have our lunch at a cafe in Sissu.
  • Evening: Return to the property.
  • Night: Have Dinner, gather for an activity session.
  • Meals Included: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 4: Hallan-I

  • After breakfast, check out from Soyal Village and transfer to our property in Hallan-1.
  • Enjoy a delicious lunch at the property in Hallan and relax for a while.
  • Head out for a scenic sunset hike to the Hallan Valley Viewpoint.
  • Return to the property for dinner, followed by a memorable final night with newly made friends.
  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5: Manali & Departure

  • Check out from the property in Hallan-I and begin the journey to Manali.
  • Spend some time exploring Mall Road and enjoy a shopping experience.
  • Board the overnight bus back to Delhi, marking the end of an unforgettable trip.

FINAL PAYMENT: The outstanding balance must be settled at least 7 days before the trip's commencement. If payment is not completed by this deadline, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

1. How to make the payment?

  • To secure your spot, deposit an amount of ₹5000 via UPI 7666606704@UPI OR make a payment with a card by clicking here. (Note: If you pay via card, 2% payment gateway charges will be levied.)

2. What’s the difficulty level of the hikes?

  • The hikes on this trip are easy to moderate, suitable for beginners. The trails are well-defined, with some gradual ascents. Basic fitness is recommended, but no prior trekking experience is necessary.

3. What level of fitness is required for this trip?

  • You don’t need to be super fit, but we recommend being comfortable walking 10–12K steps a day. Our trips include light hikes, village walks, and some uphill trails. It’s not intense, but being reasonably active helps you enjoy the trip instead of finding it tiring. We prefer being upfront so you know what to expect and can enjoy every bit of the adventure! 💪

4. What kind of accommodation can we expect?

  • We stay in premium Himachali boutique stays, offering a comfortable and immersive local experience. Rooms are shared, clean, and have basic amenities, providing a warm and homely feel.

5. Is this trip suitable for solo travellers?

  • Absolutely! Many of our travellers join solo and leave with new friends. Our community-driven experience ensures a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone.

6. Can I extend my stay after the trip?

9. Do I need to pay the entire amount while booking?

  • You can book your spot by paying ₹5000. The rest of the amount can be paid before 7 days of the trip starting date.

10. ⁠What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair to both travellers and on-ground partners:

  • 30 days or more before the trip start date: ✅ Full refund of the booking amount.
  • 15–30 days before the trip start date: ➖ 25% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 8–14 days before the trip start date: ➖ 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 0–7 days before the trip start date: ➖ 75% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

11. Which flights or trains should I book?

  • You can book a flight/train that lands in Delhi before 4 PM. Our bus is between 8 PM and 9 PM from Kashmere Gate, Delhi. And while returning, book a flight/train after 11 AM from Delhi, as our bus reached Delhi between 7 AM and 8 AM.

By booking a trip with SAHYADRI RANGERS TREKS AND TOURS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The person making the booking is referred to as “the client” and accepts these conditions on behalf of all participants in the booking.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit of ₹5,000 per person.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the trip start date.
  • Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By the Client:

  • 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • 15–30 days before the trip start date: 25% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 8–14 days before the trip start date: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 0–7 days before the trip start date: 75% of the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

(All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.)

By the Company:

  • In case of trip cancellation due to insufficient bookings, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • A credit note for a future trip

3. Itinerary Changes & Flexibility

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, local regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The company reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or schedules in the best interest of safety and the group.
  • No refunds will be provided for minor changes in the itinerary.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Transport delays or cancellations
  • Any other force majeure event
  • The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Accommodation, transport, and activities are provided by third-party vendors.
  • While we work with trusted partners, the company is not liable for any acts, omissions, or deficiencies on their part.

6. Additional Costs

  • Any additional expenses arising due to delays, illness, weather disruptions, or itinerary changes (including extra accommodation, food, or transport) must be borne directly by the client.

7. Health & Fitness

  • Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
  • The company is not responsible for any medical emergencies arising during the trip due to undisclosed conditions.

8. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

  • All clients are required to have valid travel insurance covering:
  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellations
  • Loss of baggage
  • The company is not liable for any costs arising due to a lack of insurance coverage.

9. Authority of the Trip Leader

  • The appointed trip leader’s decisions are final and must be respected at all times.
  • Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the trip without refund.
  • Any additional costs arising from such removal will be borne by the client.

10. Code of Conduct

SAHYADRI RANGERS maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Misconduct of any kind
  • This applies regardless of gender, background, or group dynamics.
  • Strict action will be taken to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all travellers.

11. Alcohol & Substance Use

  • Responsible alcohol consumption is expected.
  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • The trip leader reserves the right to restrict participation in activities if safety is compromised.

12. Assumption of Risk

  • By booking the trip, clients acknowledge that adventure travel involves inherent risks.
  • Participation is voluntary, and all activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

13. Media & Content Usage

  • The company may capture photos/videos during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • By joining the trip, you consent to being featured in such content.
  • If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before the trip.

14. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

  • Additional Services: Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, and alcoholic beverages are not covered.
  • Natural Calamities: Any costs incurred due to unforeseen events like landslides or roadblocks are not included.
  • Transportation: Airfares, train and bus tickets are not part of the package and should be arranged separately.
  • Insurance: Health, medical, life, or accidental insurance coverage is not provided and should be arranged by the traveller.
