You can board our private AC bus from your nearest pickup point. (Mumbai to Mumbai AC Bus)

- 01:30 PM: Grab a tasty lunch en route. Thoda pet pooja karlo doston, safar lamba hai!
- 06:30 PM: Reach the campsite and get your tents allotted. Time for a warm welcome, briefing, and introductions. Naye dost, naye vibes, aur ek naye adventure ki shuruaat!
- 06:30 PM: Sip on some evening chai and snacks, enjoy the serene lakeside view and a stunning sunset. Jeevan ka asli sukoon yahin hai!
- 07:30 PM: Let your hair down with some lively music and dance. Thoda jhoomo, thoda ghoomo!
- 10:30 PM: Dig into a delicious dinner followed by a magical sight — hundreds of fireflies lighting up the forest. Jaise taare zameen par!
- 11:00 PM: Bonfire, soulful music, and the peace of the wild — your overnight stay under a sky full of stars. Yeh raat, yeh mausam, nadi ka kinara… kya baat hai!
- 11:30 PM: Stargazing session begins! Spot constellations, planets, and maybe even a shooting star. Aasmaan bhi kuch kehna chahta hai!
Day 02: Sunday,
- 07:00 AM: Boating (if water level permits) – Morning boat ride ka sukoon hi alag hota hai.
- 07:30 AM: Boating depends on water Level
- 08:30 AM: Have breakfast.
- 10:30 AM: Time to say goodbye! Return journey to Mumbai shuru. Dil mein yaadein aur phone mein zyada storage chahiye ab!
- 05:00 PM: Reach Mumbai – safe, sound, and fully recharged.

Important Note:
Experiencing the glow of fireflies is a captivating natural phenomenon. The ideal time to witness this spectacle typically falls between late May and the second week of June; however, its occurrence is subject to various environmental factors such as climate conditions and rainfall. Please note that Sahyadri Rangers cannot guarantee firefly sightings and shall not be held responsible if the phenomenon is not visible during the visit. No Refund request shall be entertained.
1) This is a complete offbeat experience in remote area with very limited resources but we try our best to provide utmost good services but please dont expect any kind of luxury.
2) Please note that stargazing is subject to weather conditions. In case of heavy cloud cover, the telescope may not be able to focus, and visibility of stars or celestial objects might be limited. While we always aim to provide an incredible night-sky experience, the weather is unpredictable and beyond our control.
3) In the event of rain or extreme weather, we have arranged access to a local villager’s hall that can accommodate around 40 participants. While it may not be as comfortable as tent camping, it ensures shelter and safety during unfavorable conditions. Your well-being is our top priority.
4) This is a camping experience — expect a vibrant, social atmosphere!
Music is allowed till 12:30 AM, so you can enjoy the night with good vibes, laughter, and dancing under the stars.
5) 3 Washrooms are available at the Campsite
6) WhatsApp group will be formed a night before for further communication.
7) Event schedule is subject to change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
8) Food provided on all local treks are local delicacies prepared by the local villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra.
9) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred Sahyadri Rangers or organizers are not responsible for any loss.

Cancellation and Refund applicable on the whole tour cost:
- If cancellation is done prior to 15 days of outing 95% will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done prior to 10 days of outing, 70% will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done prior to 5 days of outing, 30% will be refunded.
- If done prior to 3 days of outing 10% will be refunded
- Above and after no refund will be provided.

Q: We are a group of odd people. Will we have to share tents with other groups?
The tents are by default given on twin sharing basis. In case, you are a group of odd people (3,5,7,9), the last tent would be on a single sharing basis. We won't make you share with random strangers.
Q: Is a washroom available at the campsite?
Washroom facilities (common) are available at the campsite during the stay.
